Acquisitions Manager – Home Buying Specialist

About the role

This remote position is for an Acquisitions Manager who will act as a Home Buying Specialist for a fast‑moving real‑estate acquisitions team. You will be the primary point of contact for property sellers, guiding each deal from the first conversation through to closing while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage seller leads generated by marketing, build rapport and trust throughout the sales cycle.
• Collect property data and support accurate valuations for acquisition decisions.
• Lead negotiations, structuring mutually beneficial agreements with sellers.
• Manage deals from qualification to contract execution, ensuring smooth hand‑off to the closing team.
• Collaborate with marketing, acquisitions and closing colleagues to keep transactions on track.
• Monitor market trends and property values to stay competitive.
• Maintain ongoing communication with sellers to provide a professional experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven high‑ticket sales experience (real estate, luxury goods, financial services, or similar).
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high‑value deals.
• Strong negotiation, objection‑handling and closing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build trust.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and modern sales technology.
• Real‑estate license is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual English proficiency.
