B2B IT Consultant

About the role

Telia is looking for a B2B IT Consultant to join a forward‑thinking team that supports Estonian enterprises in making smarter technology decisions. You will act as a trusted strategic partner, helping clients align IT solutions with their business growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clients' technological and business challenges and map suitable IT solutions to their goals.
• Advise customers on best practices and act as their strategic IT partner.
• Co‑create and present tailored IT solutions together with Telia’s technical experts.
• Drive consultative sales from opportunity identification through successful negotiations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients in collaboration with Telia’s domain teams.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies and apply them to client strategies.

Required profile

• Curious, independent and able to build trust across diverse teams.
• Strong interest in understanding client business as well as technology.
• Proven experience in client advisory, consultative sales and IT solution design.
• Excellent communication skills with both business decision‑makers and technical experts.
• Higher education in IT, business informatics, information systems or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in Estonian and English at a professional level.

Required skills

• Knowledge of modern cloud services.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with container technologies.
• Awareness of artificial‑intelligence application possibilities.
• Basic knowledge of cyber security and relevant regulations.
