Brand Manager (Baltics) – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Brand Manager will drive sustainable growth for Personal Care brands across the Baltic region by turning consumer and market insights into compelling marketing plans and activations. You will adapt global and regional strategies to local needs, launch engaging campaigns, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to meet business objectives while strengthening brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute annual brand and category plans aligned with regional and global strategies.
• Analyse consumer, shopper, market and competitive data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social media and activation channels.
• Adapt and deploy global brand assets, packaging artwork and POS materials for local markets.
• Monitor brand performance, market share and KPIs, recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Support innovation and portfolio management, including new product launches and post‑launch tracking.
• Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure timely, high‑quality execution.
• Oversee brand marketing budgets, track spend and report financials.
• Collaborate with CSP, Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain and regional marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing or Category Management.
• Proven experience managing integrated campaigns (digital, social, activation).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Fluency in English and one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian).
