Brand Partnerships Specialist

About the role

Odience is seeking a proactive Brand Partnerships Specialist to drive the acquisition and growth of brand partners on our platform. You will be the main point of contact for new and existing partners, helping them achieve strong performance through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new brand partners, establishing strong first‑contact relationships.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of existing partners, acting as their trusted liaison.
• Monitor partnership performance, analyse data and provide recommendations to optimise results.
• Research new traffic acquisition opportunities to broaden brand reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including Influencer Partnership, Product and Marketing—to develop acquisition, retention and growth strategies.
• Stay informed on trends in online advertising, affiliate and influencer marketing.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects that support business growth.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• 1–2 years of experience in online advertising, digital media, affiliate or influencer marketing.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
