Business Development Manager – Energy Solutions

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Business Development Manager for Energy Solutions to drive sales and manage key accounts in the Estonian commercial and industrial energy market. The role focuses on B2B engagements with EPC companies and aims to expand Huawei’s portfolio of residential and C&I energy systems.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, manage key accounts, forecast, engage customers and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.
• Identify, develop and close opportunities in Estonia’s commercial and industrial energy solutions market.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to deliver tailored energy solutions and products.
• Report on target fulfillment, forecasting and support strategic planning with the business manager.
• Attend industry events and forums to increase market presence and brand awareness.
• Promote and sell Huawei products across residential and C&I energy systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; technical background is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical product sales.
• Strong communication, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Fluency in Estonian and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) solutions.
