Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – B2B iGaming, Tallinn

About the role

The company is an established international B2B iGaming technology provider seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive team in Tallinn. This senior commercial finance position works directly with the Managing Director, shaping pricing strategy, protecting margins and guiding investment decisions across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial and strategic finance agenda for the business.
• Partner with the Managing Director on pricing, margin and deal governance for operator and supplier agreements.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts and long‑term plans.
• Provide insight into unit economics, including take‑rate, revenue share and contribution margins.
• Assess investment opportunities, new market entry and build‑versus‑buy decisions.
• Support M&A, commercial due diligence and integration planning.
• Manage counter‑party, credit and concentration risk.
• Present performance, risks and opportunities to the Board.
• Lead and develop the finance team, preparing the business for external due diligence.

Required profile

• 15+ years of finance experience, including at least five years in a CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance role.
• Full P&L ownership of a business unit or company.
• Strong knowledge of revenue‑share or take‑rate business models.
• Proven track record in commercial deal structuring and margin management.
• Experience operating across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Ability to challenge senior commercial leadership under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
