Chief Marketing Officer – iGaming

About the role

Join an international iGaming operator as Chief Marketing Officer, leading a diverse marketing team in a fast‑growing environment. You will shape the overall marketing strategy, drive player acquisition across multiple channels and manage significant budgets to support the company’s growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a marketing team of about 20 professionals, including affiliates, media buyers, retention and SEO specialists.
• Define and own the marketing strategy for all brands and markets, translating it into clear goals, KPIs and execution plans.
• Drive player acquisition through affiliate programmes, paid media and other channels while optimizing spend.
• Manage large marketing budgets, focusing on CAC, ROI, payback periods and cohort/LTV analysis.
• Oversee brand positioning and creative direction in collaboration with in‑house designers and external partners.
• Build retention and CRM strategies to maximise player lifetime value.
• Shape the employer brand to support hiring and company growth.
• Report regularly to the CEO on performance and results.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior marketing leadership in iGaming, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in B2C crypto user acquisition is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams at head or director level.
• Background in user acquisition or media buying, with strong grasp of unit economics and cohort analysis.
• Hands‑on knowledge of affiliate marketing and high‑risk traffic sources.
• Strong brand sense and understanding of how iGaming brands are built and grown.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cyprus (preferred) or Estonia.
