Content Marketing Specialist (Junior/Mid-level)

About the role

Helmes Group is looking for a motivated Content Marketing Specialist to join its small core marketing team. You will help translate complex software‑development topics into clear, engaging digital content while supporting our experts’ personal branding.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and optimise digital assets such as landing pages, campaign materials and LinkedIn posts.
• Research topics, draft copy, collect feedback and edit content in English and German.
• Analyse performance of content experiments and produce simple reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external copywriters, designers and media partners.
• Support the improvement of sales presentations, handouts and other marketing collateral.
• Use SEO and analytics tools to boost content visibility and competitiveness.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English and at least intermediate German.
• Strong interest in IT and familiarity with software‑development terminology.
• Proven copywriting, editing or translation experience in English.
• Project‑management and prioritisation skills to handle multiple stakeholders.
• People‑oriented attitude with the ability to build trust and encourage collaboration.
• Proactive, inquisitive mindset that spots content opportunities.
