About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Danish‑English Customer Support professional to join our remote team. You will assist customers via email and phone, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service through mail and phone.
- Identify customer needs and introduce the appropriate product range.
- Explain contractual terms, invoices and cancellation policies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken Danish.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Target‑driven, friendly and communicative.
