Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist – Travel

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist in the travel sector. You will assist customers in Danish via phone, email and chat, handling bookings, re‑bookings, cancellations and other travel‑related inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service in Danish across phone, email and chat channels.
• Offer accurate information on air, rail, hotel and other travel bookings.
• Resolve routine issues and find tailored solutions to ensure smooth journeys for customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the client’s products and services.

Required profile

• Fluent in Danish with a good command of English.
• Flexible and dynamic attitude, able to work varying shift patterns.
• Willingness to undergo full‑time training before part‑time work.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication in Danish and English.

• Competitive salary: €1,800 gross during probation, €1,947 after probation.
