Director of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a senior, data‑driven Director of Marketing to lead our growth initiatives from Estonia. This player‑coach will own the full marketing strategy—from acquisition and conversion to retention, brand, content, and community—while staying hands‑on with performance data, creative execution, and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the end‑to‑end marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets, setting budgets, KPIs and measurable outcomes.
• Lead marketing analytics and reporting to maintain visibility into channel performance, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and LTV.
• Own profitable customer acquisition across paid media, SEO and other growth channels, continuously testing and optimising campaigns.
• Oversee e‑commerce and digital conversion experiences, including landing pages, booking journeys, mobile experiences and checkout flows.
• Build repeatable playbooks for launching new locations and align marketing spend with ticket inventory and seasonality.
• Develop and execute retention and loyalty programmes via email, SMS, memberships, referrals and re‑activation campaigns.
• Protect and evolve the brand through content, social, influencer, PR and local activation strategies.
• Coach, mentor and grow the Marketing team while collaborating with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• Senior marketing leader with a commercial mindset and proven track record of turning brand awareness into measurable revenue.
• Experience in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments and ability to build scalable systems, playbooks and processes.
• Strong analytical orientation, comfortable working with data to drive decisions and optimise performance.
• Excellent collaboration skills, able to work closely with operations, product and customer experience teams.
