Experience Researcher

About the role

We are looking for an Experience Researcher to shape how our customers think about money. You will lead end‑to‑end research projects, from discovery to prototype testing, helping our fast‑growing bank design services that truly meet people’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct mixed‑methods research (deep interviews, surveys, focus groups, usage data analysis, usability and concept testing).
• Identify research opportunities that add real value and select appropriate methods.
• Generate insights across the full product lifecycle, from onboarding to everyday banking, savings, investing, lending and support.
• Translate quantitative data and interview findings into clear, compelling stories.
• Present results persuasively to drive action among product, design, data and business teams.
• Occasionally design and execute market‑research studies as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in user experience or market research, preferably in a consultancy or product‑focused organization.
• Higher education in behavioural or social sciences (e.g., sociology, anthropology, HCI, psychology) or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to distill important findings from large data sets.
• Curiosity about human behaviour and decision‑making patterns.
• Excellent written and spoken Estonian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with research and analysis tools, including AI‑enabled platforms that accelerate research work.
