Growth Analytics Manager, Delivery

About the role

As a Growth Analytics Manager in Bolt’s Delivery team, you will lead a small group of Growth Analysts and own the incentive‑spending strategy for Eater and Merchant campaigns across eight markets. You will turn data‑driven insights into actions that maximise ROI, accelerate growth and reduce acquisition costs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Growth Analysts, ensuring high‑quality analytical output.
• Own incentive‑spending decisions across eight markets, optimising investments for both Eater and Merchant campaigns.
• Translate business objectives into analytical priorities and actionable insights.
• Design and execute experimentation roadmaps, launch A/B tests and apply statistical techniques to uncover growth opportunities.
• Drive growth forecasting, financial planning and capital allocation, identifying new investment prospects.
• Collaborate closely with General Managers, Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations to enable fast decision‑making and deliver topline results.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate strategic decisions to senior leadership at HQ and local levels.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in analytics or a related data field, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent analytical thinking and the capacity to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
