Head of Risk & Fraud

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Risk & Fraud to lead the trust and safety function for Eneba’s fast‑growing gaming marketplace. You will be responsible for defining and executing the fraud strategy across all products, protecting both the business and our 20 million+ active users.

Key responsibilities

• Own the fraud profit & loss, including payout, chargeback, approval and false‑positive rates, and explain all movements.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing risk team, creating a second line of leadership.
• Define the fraud‑reduction roadmap, decide between building or buying solutions, and ensure delivery.
• Manage commercial relationships with fraud‑prevention partners, handling RFPs, tests, SLAs and negotiations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance and Legal to embed fraud controls into new features from the start.
• Oversee regulatory and compliance obligations such as PSP requirements, KYC and law‑enforcement requests.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in risk, fraud or security for a digital or e‑commerce business.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to own and interpret key performance metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams.
