Inside Sales Representative

About the role

TTI, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company and leading distributor of electronic components, is expanding its sales team in Tallinn. As an Inside Sales Representative you will act as the primary contact for a defined customer base, develop new relationships and collaborate closely with field sales, product management and sales leadership to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support and grow a defined portfolio of customers, building new relationships in the electronics market.
• Prepare and deliver price and delivery quotations, monitoring quality metrics for each client.
• Follow up on quotes, process orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and coordinate deliveries.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer complaints, providing effective solutions.

Required profile

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Several years of experience in the electronics industry or in supply‑chain management and logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Estonian and very good English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Team‑oriented with an independent work ethic and quick learning capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
