IT Compliance Specialist – Hybrid (Tallinn)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain IT documentation such as change controls, risk assessments, system inventories, validation records, and disaster recovery plans.
• Generate and provide documentation for internal and external IT audits.
• Participate in audit interviews and respond to IT‑related queries from sponsors, clients, and vendors.
• Track and support the resolution of audit findings related to IT compliance.
• Assist in developing departmental Quality System Documents (QSDs) and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in IT systems and processes.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• Prior experience in IT and compliance matters.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong document‑management abilities.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
