IT Compliance Specialist

About the role

Join a global, people‑focused organization operating at the forefront of medical science. As an IT Compliance Specialist you will ensure that the company’s in‑house IT systems and processes meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and manage internal IT documentation such as change control, risk assessments, system inventories, validation records and disaster‑recovery plans.
• Produce IT documentation for internal and external audits and participate in audit interviews.
• Answer IT‑related queries from sponsors and review client and vendor agreements.
• Track and resolve audit findings related to IT compliance.
• Support the development and maintenance of departmental Quality System Documents (QSDs) and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in IT systems and processes.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• Prior experience in IT and compliance matters.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong document‑management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
