About the role

ELLIX is a real‑estate agency that supports each team member with a well‑designed system. As a Real Estate Consultant you will build and manage your own client portfolio, mediate property transactions and guide the sales or rental process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio.
• Market, evaluate and present property listings to clients.
• Collaborate with developers, including new‑build projects.
• Communicate daily with clients and manage the entire sales or rental process.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.
• Willingness to take responsibility for personal results.
• Focus and persistence even when immediate results are not visible.
• Interest in sales and real‑estate; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Consistent, systematic work approach and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent written and spoken Estonian; Russian and/or English are advantageous.
