Marketing Lead

About the role

We are an open‑source .NET UI framework called Avalonia, used by hundreds of thousands of developers and companies such as GitHub, Sony, KLM and Schneider Electric. We are looking for our first dedicated Marketing Lead to shape and tell our story, working closely with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capture compelling customer success stories, turning them into case studies that showcase Avalonia’s impact.
• Refresh and sharpen the website’s key pages to clearly explain what we do and why companies choose us.
• Spot gaps in SEO, explore new content formats (e.g., developer videos) and drive initiatives that improve our market visibility.
• Develop and execute a fast‑moving marketing strategy, iterating quickly and making data‑informed decisions.

Required profile

• Proactive builder who can assess the business, spot high‑impact opportunities and get things moving.
• Strong judgment and ability to run a marketing strategy without a pre‑written plan.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably with open‑source or developer‑focused products.

• Competitive salary ranging from €44,000 to €64,000 gross per year.
