About the role

The Media Specialist will join Dentsu’s media agency team, planning and executing offline media campaigns for well‑known brands across Estonia, the Baltics and internationally. You will be responsible for creating media plans, coordinating campaign delivery and analysing performance to optimise future activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative and effective media plans for offline channels such as television, outdoor, radio and other traditional media.
• Coordinate the execution of campaigns, working daily with clients and media partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Analyse campaign results, draw conclusions and provide recommendations for future optimisation.
• Prepare reports and summaries, supporting the client team with billing and financial reporting processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with media market trends and continuously develop expertise in media advertising.

Required profile

• Previous experience in media, advertising or a media agency environment.
• Solid understanding of marketing, advertising and both offline and online media channels.
• Strong numerical aptitude and ability to work with data.
• Good communication skills in Estonian and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Excel (good to very good level).
