Mid/Senior Portfolio Analyst – Credit Risk Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Mid/Senior Portfolio Analyst to join Luminor’s Credit Risk team in Tallinn. You will help shape the way we report and analyse credit risk across our portfolio, using modern data visualisation and automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and automate Credit Risk reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Document reporting processes, data logic and report structures.
• Analyse portfolio data to identify trends, risk exposures and support decision‑making.
• Perform ad‑hoc data analysis for Credit Risk assessments.
• Contribute to the design and deployment of best‑practice reporting standards.

Required profile

• Experience in risk, finance or a related field working with financial data.
• Higher education in Economics, Business Management, Risk Management, Finance or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
