About the role

Cargobus is looking for an experienced Sales Department Manager to lead the development of its sales direction and manage a dedicated team. The role combines strategic planning, client relationship management and team leadership within the logistics services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategy, set targets and manage the sales budget.
• Drive product and service sales growth and expand the customer base.
• Recruit, lead, develop and motivate the sales team.
• Oversee the sales pipeline using the Scoro system.
• Support major clients, lead negotiations and close large deals.
• Prepare documentation for public procurement processes.
• Analyse sales opportunities, monitor KPIs, produce forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support and other departments.
• Maintain and develop relationships with top clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in logistics services, including prior management experience.
• Strong understanding of service‑based sales dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with systematic approach.
• Leadership qualities and ability to inspire a team.
• Result‑oriented, resilient and adaptable.
• Knowledge of the Baltic logistics market.
