Penetration Tester / Red Teamer (Offensive Security)

About the role

We are seeking a Penetration Tester / Red Teamer to strengthen our offensive security team in Estonia. The role focuses on ethical hacking, including manual penetration testing and red‑team engagements, supported by automation and AI‑assisted tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct penetration tests on applications and IT infrastructure.
• Participate in red‑team and adversary‑simulation engagements.
• Identify, validate, and document vulnerabilities and attack paths.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Present findings, business impact, and remediation recommendations to customers.
• Use threat exposure management for testing, reporting, and vulnerability tracking.
• Contribute to internal tools, methodologies, research, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical support to sales colleagues when needed.
• Occasionally engage on‑site at customer locations.

• Residence in Estonia and availability for occasional on‑site engagements.
