Property Management Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Property Management Account Manager to work remotely from Estonia. In this role you will own a diverse portfolio of residential units, act as the main point of contact for clients and tenants, and ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly. You will have the opportunity to start with around 100 units and grow the portfolio as you demonstrate performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client and tenant communications, delivering timely and professional responses.
• Oversee daily operations of the assigned property portfolio, maintaining high service standards.
• Manage a portfolio ranging from approximately 70 units for standard performers up to 350 units for top performers.
• Handle communication workflows mainly via email and written correspondence, with occasional outbound phone calls.
• Drive portfolio growth, starting with around 100 units and scaling based on performance.
• Coordinate workflows and supervise Virtual Assistants, ensuring accountability and quality.
• Identify and resolve unusual or complex operational issues beyond standard procedures.
• Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to solve ambiguous problems.
• De‑escalate conflicts with clients and tenants while preserving positive relationships.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and operational demands while maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property management roles such as Leasing Agent, Property Management Assistant, or Property Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee daily property operations, workflows, and team performance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience supervising and holding remote Virtual Assistants accountable.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities with confidence to make decisions in complex situations.
