QA Lead – Core Ledgers

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to own quality assurance for our Core Ledger platform. The role focuses on defining test strategy, verifying supplier deliveries and ensuring nothing goes live without meeting strict financial requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall test strategy for functional, regression, integration and acceptance testing of supplier deliveries.
• Build and maintain test plans, test cases and automated regression suites.
• Verify ledger transaction flows, balance calculations and reconciliation logic delivered by external suppliers.
• Investigate and triage defects, coordinating resolution with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Define and track quality metrics, report on test coverage, defect trends and delivery readiness.
• Participate in go/no‑go decisions for supplier deliveries based on quality criteria.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in QA roles, including leading test strategy for complex systems.
• BSc in Computer Science or related field; ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Fluent English; Swedish is a plus.
