Regional Social Media Manager – Parental Leave Replacement

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Social Media Manager to own the day‑to‑day social media presence across our Baltic and Nordic markets, creating and publishing content that brings our experience‑gift brand to life while building community and creator relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain social media content calendars across markets and platforms.
• Schedule and publish content, ensuring consistent on‑brand posting cadence.
• Manage inboxes and moderate comments on all social channels.
• Create static visuals and short‑form videos using tools such as Canva and CapCut, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Identify, outreach and manage relationships with UGC creators and brand ambassadors.
• Support Estonian and Finnish marketing campaigns and report on activity performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience running social media accounts, either agency‑side or in‑house.
• Strong content instincts and ability to create scroll‑stopping material.
• Fluent in English and Estonian; Finnish is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills for managing external creator relationships.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple markets, platforms and deadlines.
• Genuine interest in personal gifting and content creation.

Required skills

• Content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar.
• Experience with AI‑assisted content generation tools.
