Senior Product Manager – Paper.io 2 (Live Games)

About the role

Join Voodoo’s Live Games team and take ownership of the Paper.io 2 product. As a Senior Product Manager you will design, launch and optimise free‑to‑play systems that drive player engagement and revenue across progression, monetisation, live events and in‑game economies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement F2P features, from concept to live rollout, focusing on progression, monetisation and live events.
• Own specifications, timelines and delivery outcomes, ensuring high‑quality releases.
• Leverage A/B testing, retention metrics and player data to iterate and optimise post‑launch performance.
• Collaborate closely with developers, artists and analysts to guarantee seamless feature integration.
• Prioritise development under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality for maximum impact.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor releases and market innovations to keep the game ahead of the curve.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Game Designer or Live‑Ops/Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of free‑to‑play mobile game mechanics and IAP monetisation.
• Ability to write clear specifications and align cross‑functional teams.
• Track record on a successful live game with competitive systems (leagues, seasons, battle passes, etc.).
• Experience with casual, hybrid‑casual or mass‑market games.
• High standards, proactive mindset and willingness to challenge weak ideas.
