SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote (Estonia)

About the role

This remote position is focused on improving organic visibility and maximizing paid search performance for a partner company. You will own end‑to‑end SEO and SEM activities, collaborating with development, editorial and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, technical optimization, content optimization and link building.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing to achieve ROI targets.
• Analyse website analytics, paid‑search performance and market trends to generate actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecast monthly spend and ensure financial efficiency.
• Optimise website copy, landing pages, site architecture and internal linking for better rankings.
• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for both organic and paid channels.
• Implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and acquisition outcomes.
• Work with developers to ensure new code follows SEO best practices and with editorial teams to embed SEO principles in content.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in SEO with a solid grasp of ranking factors.
• Demonstrated SEM experience managing PPC campaigns on major search platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimisation and online customer acquisition.
