Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

DrHouse is seeking a proactive Social Media Marketing Manager to lead its organic presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, Facebook and emerging platforms. You will create engaging short‑form video content that educates, entertains and builds trust for a fast‑growing telehealth brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic social media strategy and monthly content calendar.
• Research trends, creators and viral formats to inform content ideas.
• Write captions, hooks and video concepts; brief designers and video editors.
• Publish and optimize posts on all major platforms and manage community engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve results.
• Build relationships with creators, influencers and UGC contributors.
• Launch new social campaigns, experiments and stay ahead of platform updates.

Required profile

• 2+ years managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Deep understanding of short‑form video and ability to spot trends early.
• Proven track record of growing accounts organically.
• Highly organized, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written English and strong analytical mindset.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership and moves quickly.
