Technical Support Specialist (Finnish-speaking)

About the role

Fujitsu is looking for a Finnish‑speaking Technical Support Specialist to join its Service Desk team in Tallinn. You will provide first‑line IT assistance to large‑enterprise users, ensuring their daily work runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve client IT issues promptly.
• Receive, log and handle client requests through to resolution.
• Provide fast, appropriate support to keep users productive.
• Explain technical solutions in clear, non‑technical language.
• Escalate complex cases and collaborate with the wider team.

Required profile

• Fluent in Finnish, Estonian and English.
• Strong desire to deliver excellent customer service.
• Eagerness to learn new IT skills and knowledge.
• Good computer and office software proficiency.
• Empathetic listening and problem‑solving attitude.
• Ability to communicate solutions clearly to users.
