About the role

We are looking for a strategic Marketing and Communication Manager to lead Nobel Digital’s brand positioning and growth initiatives. You will shape and execute the overall marketing strategy while ensuring consistent, impactful communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the company’s marketing strategy.
• Strengthen the brand image and support business growth.
• Manage all marketing and communication activities, ensuring coherent messaging across digital and offline channels.
• Oversee digital marketing channels, tools and social‑media platforms.
• Create engaging content and monitor social‑media trends.
• Coordinate B2B marketing and sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Strategic thinking with a solid understanding of linking communication to business objectives.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written communication skills and a commitment to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Estonian and English, both spoken and written.
