About the role

Fibenol is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead B2B and international communication for its biobased technology. You will shape the brand narrative, create compelling content, and support both Fibenol and the wider Foreko group in their market outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize marketing and communication needs for business development.
• Create and coordinate content for LinkedIn, the corporate website, presentations and other marketing materials, translating technical information into clear, engaging messages.
• Support participation in conferences, trade fairs and seminars, including organization of events in target markets.
• Coordinate external communication linked to international development projects.
• Provide marketing and communication advice to Foreko group’s forest businesses when needed.

Required profile

• Practical experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial or technology sectors.
• Excellent written and spoken Estonian and English.
• Ability to turn complex technical content into audience‑friendly material.
• Proactive, independent work style with strong problem‑solving attitude.
• Good coordination and project‑management capabilities.
