About the role

ABB is looking for a Shift Supervisor to ensure the smooth daily operation of its production unit in Estonia. You will be responsible for maintaining quality, safety and cleanliness standards while supporting the production manager in coordinating activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor shift work according to the schedule, deadlines and instructions, providing feedback to the team and direct manager.
• Support compliance with HSE requirements, collaborate with the HSE team on risk assessments and accident investigations.
• Maintain and update production documentation such as instructions, cards and procedures.
• Track the condition of equipment and tools, forward repair requests and keep the tool‑management database up‑to‑date.
• Lead work organization within your area, give feedback on deviations and keep processes efficient and standardised.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge and skills in work organization or team leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and readiness to react to deviations.
• Analytical thinking and strong planning abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in daily teamwork.
• Estonian language at least B1 level and Russian at least B2 level.
• Computer literacy for everyday work tools.
