About the role

We are looking for a motivated Department Manager to lead a product group in our Ülemiste store. You will be responsible for daily store operations, driving sales growth and ensuring cost control while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing the store’s day‑to‑day activities.
• Support the achievement of company sales targets by increasing turnover and keeping expenses under control.
• Take ownership of a specific product department, monitoring its performance and key indicators.
• Train, motivate and develop department staff to achieve sales goals.
• Analyze sales data and implement actions to improve results.

Required profile

• Passion for customers and a customer‑first mindset.
• Positive attitude, high energy and goal‑oriented approach.
• Retail experience with a strong desire to sell.
• Eagerness to learn, step out of the comfort zone and exceed targets.
• Ambition to grow together with JYSK.
