Product Designer

About the role

As a Product Designer in Nortal’s Global Product and Experience (GPX) team, you will shape digital experiences for clients across Europe, the Middle East and North America. You will work closely with service designers, product owners and development teams to create user‑centered, high‑impact products.

Key responsibilities

• Design user interfaces from concept and user flows to high‑fidelity mockups ready for development.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional design, product, and engineering teams to meet project requirements.
• Support user testing setup and conduct UX/UI reviews of incremental releases.
• Ensure compliance with design system guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Assist the sales team with design‑related activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products in a technology or IT environment.
• Strong empathy for users and ability to anticipate current and future needs.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions on complex projects.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams that include research, design, engineering, data analysis and business.
• Excellent communication skills in both Estonian and English.
• Consulting or agency experience is a plus.
• Interest in exploring AI‑assisted design workflows.

Required skills

• Figma (design and prototyping tool).
