About the role

We are looking for a Customer Solutions Architect specialized in cybersecurity to join Telia’s team. The role focuses on designing modern, secure IT and data‑communication solutions for our clients, ensuring they meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect cybersecurity and IT solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Advise customers on secure, up‑to‑date technologies and compliance with standards.
• Guide and mentor technical teams during implementation.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between sales and delivery.

Required profile

• Systematic thinker with a strong interest in cybersecurity.
• Previous experience as an architect, system administrator or engineer.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO, CIS, NIS and local regulations.
• Willingness to continuously develop skills and obtain certifications.
