Senior UI/UX Designer – Remote (Estonia)

About the role

This senior UI/UX designer role focuses on creating intuitive, polished, and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products. Working fully remotely from Estonia, you will collaborate closely with developers and creative teams to turn concepts into high‑fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile, balancing usability, aesthetics, and technical feasibility.
• Translate briefs, business objectives, and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, and polished digital experiences.
• Develop interactive prototypes in Figma that communicate user behavior, interactions, transitions, and overall product experience.
• Establish and maintain visual design systems, applying disciplined grids, spacing, typography, hierarchy, and responsive layouts.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and rapid prototyping while maintaining design quality.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams throughout the design process to ensure accurate and practical implementation.
• Present design concepts and decisions to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and explaining rationale.
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery, identifying problems and delivering creative solutions.
• Help structure and organise design work, documentation, and workflows for efficient progress across distributed teams.
• Contribute to experimental and innovative digital experiences such as immersive websites, animations, micro‑interactions, and emerging design approaches.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, product, or digital design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UI/UX capabilities, visual design quality, and creative range across web experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototyping and complex interaction communication.
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, and be available during AEST working hours.
