UX/UI Designer – High‑Impact Product Experience

About the role

WeTransfer, now part of Bending Spoons, is looking for a UX/UI Designer to shape high‑leverage product experiences across its portfolio. You will design intuitive, effective, and delightful interfaces from concept to polished delivery, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Shape high‑leverage product experiences and design exceptional UI/UX from early concepts to final delivery.
• Start with an LLM to clarify intent, draft short specs, surface risks and align quickly with the team.
• Prototype and build with AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, turning concepts into interactive prototypes and production‑ready frontend code, while also using Figma.
• Co‑create with PMs and engineers from day one, define UX requirements early, stay involved through QA and release, and make engineering‑aware design decisions.
• Validate designs by talking directly with customers, running quick tests, tracking funnels, retention and adoption to assess effectiveness.
• Identify highest‑leverage bets from the backlog, align stakeholders and deliver fast.
