About the role
The Associate – Field Service and Technical Advising will oversee implementation of work plans, improve productivity, and ensure safe operating conditions in line with Estonian regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Implement assigned work according to quantitative and qualitative indicators.
- Increase labor productivity, reduce intensity and production costs.
- Maintain safe working conditions and a production‑friendly environment.
- Assign daily tasks to staff, monitor execution and provide instructions.
- Ensure proper placement and full utilization of working time during shifts.
- Accept completed works from manufacturers and hand over repaired items to customers with proper documentation.
Required profile
- Secondary technical or higher technical education.
- At least 3 years of experience in energy enterprises.
- Knowledge of thermal power plant equipment, boiler auxiliary repair, heating surface and valve repair.
- Understanding of production management.
- Proficiency in Russian and basic ability to read technical English documentation.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
