Customer Service Specialist – Hebrew (Tallinn)

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Hebrew‑speaking Customer Service Specialist in Tallinn. You will deliver high‑quality support to customers through phone, email, social media and mobile apps, helping them resolve issues in both Hebrew and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers via multiple channels, ensuring a positive experience.
• Listen actively to customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly in Hebrew and switch to English (B2 level) when required.
• Document interactions and follow internal processes to maintain service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent Hebrew language skills.
• Comfortable communicating in English at a B2 level (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, Monday to Sunday, 9 AM‑10 PM.
• Motivation to learn on the job; prior customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication in Hebrew and English.
