Customer Support – Finnish & English (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Finnish‑English Customer Support specialist to join our fully remote team. You will work on a freelance basis, handling inquiries via email and phone while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service through email and phone channels.
• Identify customer needs and present the appropriate product range.
• Explain contractual terms, invoices, and cancellation policies.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken Finnish.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Professional and confident phone demeanor.
• Target‑driven, friendly, and communicative personality.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
