Customer Support – Swedish & English (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support specialist who can communicate fluently in Swedish and English. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while providing top‑level assistance to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone in Swedish and English.
• Identify customer needs and guide them through our product range.
• Provide clear information on contractual terms, invoices, and cancellation policies.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken Swedish with strong written and spoken English.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Target‑driven, friendly, and communicative personality.
• Preferably experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
