Data Analytics Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to drive analytical initiatives across our Supply domain. You will lead a small team of analysts, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, and help embed data‑driven decision making throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 4 data analysts.
• Guide analysis on product performance, customer behavior, partner metrics, and other supply‑related areas.
• Prioritise and communicate the analytics backlog, aligning it with high‑impact initiatives.
• Conduct performance management, regular 1‑to‑1s, and support personal development.
• Drive high‑impact analytical projects and promote data‑driven culture.
• Participate in hiring to attract top analytics talent.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team of analysts.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Curiosity for AI applications and willingness to experiment.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses.
• Hands‑on use of BI tools (e.g., Looker).
• Familiarity with event‑tracking and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude).
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality principles.
• Knowledge of statistics, A/B testing, and product experimentation.
