Delivery Lead – IT Risk Management

About the role

Luminor is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to own and evolve IT Risk Management within its Technology Division. This hands‑on leadership position combines process ownership, direct risk management activities, and the supervision of a small team during a period of significant transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the IT Risk Management process for the Technology Division.
• Lead a small team while staying actively involved in day‑to‑day risk identification, assessment, treatment, and monitoring.
• Drive RCSAs and other technology risk assessments, including control evaluation and risk register maintenance.
• Provide clear risk reporting to technology leadership and ensure timely remediation of overdue actions.
• Support and challenge technology teams on risk definition, control assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Coordinate with Operational Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and ensure alignment with DORA and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in IT Risk Management, preferably in banking or a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead or develop a small team.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
