About the role
Join Luminor as a DLP Purview Engineer and help protect sensitive data across the organization. You will work with Microsoft Purview solutions to implement, monitor, and continuously improve data loss prevention controls.
Key responsibilities
- Support and maintain Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
- Implement, administer, monitor, and improve DLP controls throughout their lifecycle.
- Identify, investigate, and address potential data protection risks and policy violations.
- Collaborate with Security Operations, Engineering, and other technology teams to ensure effective data protection.
- Review and challenge existing controls, processes, and configurations with a security‑first mindset.
- Participate in troubleshooting, incident investigations, and root‑cause analysis.
- Assist in defining and improving DLP policies, processes, and operational procedures.
- Maintain documentation and share knowledge within the team.
Required profile
- Experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, system administration, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in data protection, information security, and modern security technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues and identify risks.
- Proactive problem‑solver with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for Pan‑Baltic team communication.
Required skills
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft security technologies, especially Microsoft Purview.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, or Insider Risk Management solutions.
- Microsoft certifications related to Security, Compliance, or Microsoft 365.
- Windows administration or endpoint management experience.
- Exposure to Security Operations Center (SOC) environments or security monitoring.
- Knowledge of data classification, information protection, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Gross salary of €3,210‑€4,810 per month, based on experience.
