DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

Deel is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, security, and infrastructure. In this role you will help protect our global payroll and HR platform by embedding security throughout the software delivery lifecycle and cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated security tools and processes to identify vulnerabilities, perform code analysis, and conduct security testing.
• Integrate security scanners, static code analysis tools, and vulnerability assessment tools into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to design and implement secure cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and deployment processes.
• Ensure proper access controls, encryption, and continuous monitoring of production systems.

Required profile

• Strong background in DevSecOps, automation, and cloud security.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams to embed security best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot security issues and improve security posture continuously.
