Electronics Engineer

About the role

Join Ericsson's Radio Electronics Engineering team in Tallinn, Estonia. You will support and coordinate repair activities, develop troubleshooting processes, and mentor colleagues while collaborating with local and global stakeholders to improve repair solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute troubleshooting and repair on NPI production units and boards following responsibility matrices.
• Perform fault diagnosis and repair of Claim/HWS units, including RCO/RIR control verification.
• Escalate complex technical issues to Product Engineers with detailed diagnostics.
• Contribute to troubleshooting guidance, documentation, and workflow improvements.
• Analyze repair buffers to optimize cycle times and resource allocation.
• Provide technical support for fault finding, tool selection, and measurement activities.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Electronics or 2‑3 years of professional experience in electronics (radio electronics preferred).
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits and circuit analysis.
• Proficiency with diagnostic instruments such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, vector network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
• Ability to troubleshoot both software and hardware levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Collaborative mindset for cross‑functional, global teams.
