Field Service Engineer – Medium & Low Voltage

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support customers across the Baltic region. You will ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of medium‑ and low‑voltage electrical infrastructure in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation of Medium Voltage equipment and solutions up to 35 kV.
• Perform commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on MV and LV systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the equipment lifecycle.
• Support Low Voltage service activities, especially maintenance and repair of circuit breakers.
• Prepare service documentation, technical reports, and ensure compliance with Schneider Electric processes, industry standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Plan and organise service activities independently while maintaining close collaboration with customers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Medium Voltage electrical equipment and systems up to 35 kV.
• Proven background in commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Electrical Safety Group certification or equivalent MV/HV qualifications.
• Technical education in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly across the Baltic states.
