Foreman – Production Team

About the role

We are seeking a Foreman to join our production team in a fast‑paced industrial environment. You will lead the shift crew, ensure safe and efficient operations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and drive production performance against key metrics such as productivity, quality and delivery, applying timely corrective actions.
• Plan and coordinate daily shift operations, including resource allocation and staffing to meet production targets.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and quality standards, fostering a safe working culture.
• Lead, coach and develop team members, promoting skill development and cross‑functional flexibility.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement projects to reduce waste and optimise performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, quality and planning teams to proactively resolve issues.

Required profile

• Technical education is preferred.
• Prior experience in a production environment and/or a team‑leadership role.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities, with capacity to coordinate across functions.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Good command of English and Russian (written and spoken); Estonian is an advantage.
