Full Stack Java Software Developer

About the role

Join a leading digital transformation partner in Estonia to build secure, scalable services used by thousands of citizens and businesses. As a Full‑Stack Java Developer you will work on mission‑critical back‑end systems and modern front‑end interfaces, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable back‑end services and business‑critical software solutions using Java, Spring Boot and modern cloud technologies.
• Translate business requirements into high‑quality technical designs and clean, well‑tested code.
• Design, implement and maintain REST APIs and system integrations.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, QA engineers, architects and clients throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve engineering practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for back‑end development.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with at least one modern front‑end framework (Angular, React or Vue).
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong teamwork attitude.
• Fluent in Estonian and comfortable communicating in English.
